Hi! My name is Chris

I help people with chronic pain and chronic health issues break through the lies keeping them stuck — and start setting realistic health goals that actually fit their body and their life, in as little as five minutes a day.

In my late 40s I was wracked in pain with no diagnosis and no real answers — just medication that numbed me without fixing anything. A moment in my kitchen changed everything. Not because the pain disappeared, but because I stopped pretending I was fine.
